PERFORMANCE AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION IN ACEH BESAR DISTRICT, ACEH PROVINCE, INDONESIA

This study’s objective is to ascertain how big the level of performance agricultural instructors, and what are factors that influence their performance. research was conducted in Aceh Besar District. The number samples 28 people. method used descriptive qualitative multinomial logistic regression. results showed extension workers at a very perfect proven by several activities from preparation extension, who were medium category tended be high carrying out activities, evaluating compiling reports on activities. By using nine variables (x) simultaneous test, value intercept only final variable sig 0.000, which means independent statistically significantly affects dependent because P-value <α(0.00 < 0.05). For affect variable, namely Xi1 Age, Xi4 Distance residence, Xi5 Ownership communication media, Xii1 Training, Xii2 Affordability work area, Xii3 Availability facilities infrastructure, Xii4 Level active participation farmers. seven have significant variables.
